Every Agent pricing and spend controls

How Every Agent beta pricing works, what Every covers for each person, and how to control and stop spend.

Every Agent is in beta, and beta pricing may change during or after the beta.

How does Every Agent pricing work?

Your workspace pays for the AI tokens it uses, at the model providers' own API rates, with no markup. During the beta there is no platform fee.

Is there a free allowance?

Yes. Every covers the first $15 of each person's usage, up to $500 per workspace. No card is needed to start.

What happens when someone uses their $15?

They keep working with Every Agent as an Every member. They can become a member themselves, or a workspace administrator can add them to the workspace's Every team plan for $30 a month per person from the Users page in the Every dashboard.

A member's usage beyond $15 is charged to the workspace balance. Nothing is charged for a person who isn't a member. Every Agent tells a person in Slack when they've used their allowance.

How much will Every Agent cost?

Your total cost depends on how your team uses Every Agent. Different tasks use different amounts of model usage, so a particular dollar amount won't always cover a fixed number of tasks or messages.

How can I manage spend?

A workspace administrator can:

  • Top up the workspace balance at any time

  • Turn on auto-refill, which tops up the balance when it falls below an amount you choose

  • Set a monthly spending cap for auto-refill

  • See the current balance, spend so far this cycle, and every invoice in the workspace's billing settings

Every Agent also sends Slack notifications when the balance is low or a spending limit is reached.

How do I stop billing?

Ask Every Agent to stop billing. It sends a confirmation, and nothing changes until you confirm. Confirming turns off auto-refill, cancels any pending charge, and stops billing messages.
